Tips for exercise - in a class

Just Starting

Don't rush. Concentrate on learning good technique this will help you to establish a good foundation for long-term fitness. Be early to classes to warm-up well, this helps to improve fitness and burn fat, it also adds depth, quality, determination, and discipline to your exercise.

 

More advanced

To increase endurance, once you know the class routine aim to complete the circuit without stopping between stations. The aim is just to keep moving - that's endurance, the foundation of fitness.

Endurance = staying power - going the distance - stamina.

 

To increase Fitness

Gradually work harder at one station, adding another when ready but keep working non-stop throughout, this will really boost your fitness, you will soon feel the changes and you will burn fat even after exercise.

Don't lose the quality - Don't lose the intensity and Don't lose sight of your objectives.
