Item 1: Ladies Advanced Running classes.

  • Ladies Running classes...

Every Tuesday & Thursday.

Item 2: Ladies Beginners 'run' class and 'exercise' class. Next course starts 19th March

Ladies 'run' class and 'exercise' class - for 'absolute beginners'. New courses run every 5 weeks.

  • The course consist of one run and one exercise class per week for 5 weeks. The pace is at a walk/ jog .
  • The run is Monday 7.30pm, the exercise class is Wednesday 6.15pm or Friday 6.15pm you have a choice of either.
  • This combination will help to tone up, build an excellent level of fitness and burn fat at a fast - but safe rate.
  • The purpose of the course is to teach you how to run and exercise correctly and effectively for your own aims in a safe and controlled environment.

Some of the Ladies from the run group who took part and completed the Harewood 10k (after only 12 weeks training - from nothing)!

Ladies running class - briefly..

  • The purpose is to teach people how to run correctly and effectively in a safe environment.
  • If you have any doubts about your ability don't worry you will be assessed when the course starts.
  • You will be advised if running is not in your best interest.
  • The runs are progressive so everyone will improve.
  • Training procedures ensure no one is left behind at any time and more progressive runners are not held back.

 

Running is extremely good for fitness, health, and fat loss, if this is what you want it's worth a try even if you have tried before!
